A welcoming and high-achieving secondary school in Enfield is seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team. This full-time role (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday) is available to start in September 2025, offering an excellent opportunity to work closely with teachers and students in a dynamic school environment.
About the Role:
- Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
 - Work with students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups
 - Assist with classroom management and lesson preparation
 - Provide support to students with special educational needs (SEN) where required
 - Develop a deeper understanding of the teaching profession and school life
 
Requirements:
- A degree in any subject (Education, English, Maths, Science, or Psychology advantageous)
 - A passion for supporting young people in their learning and development
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 - Previous experience working with children or young people (e.g. tutoring, coaching, mentoring, youth work, or in a school)
 - A friendly, patient, and proactive approach
