Contract and Hours

• Contract: Temporary to permanent

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 10pm-6am

• Pay: Starting at £16.19 per hour

• Overtime: Available after training

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and hand tools to manufacture aerospace components

• Assemble and inspect detailed parts with precision

• Coating and dipping of parts as required

• Follow manufacturing instructions and strict quality control procedures

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

• Work collaboratively with the team to meet production targets

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial environments

• Experience using hand tools or machinery is advantageous but not essential

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow quality standards

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• High awareness of health and safety procedures

• Reliable, flexible, and able to work effectively as part of a team
