We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Full-Time Pool Service Technician to join our expanding service division.

The Pool Service Technician Role:

Based in West Sussex, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing a portfolio of sophisticated luxury swimming pools at prestigious locations across the UK. This is a role that combines technical skill with outstanding customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities of the Pool Service Technician:

• Perform routine pool cleans and chemical balancing.
• Execute annual services and preventative maintenance checks.
• Carry out diagnostics and fault-finding on complex pool plant systems (filtration, heating, dosing, etc.).
• Undertake repairs and equipment replacements.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, representing the luxury brand of Compass Pools.
• Manage your own workload, including accurate job reporting and efficient communication with the Service Office.

What We Offer:

• Competitive Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum, DOE (Depending on Experience).

• Experience in the pool industry is beneficial but not essential – full training will be provided for the right candidate!
