Gi group are recruiting for Food Production - Hygiene Operative working for a major Salad production company in Lichfield, Fradley Park

Hours of Work:
4 days in 4 days off
19:00 to 5:45 am (9:45 min pay, 1.5 hours breaks unpaid)

Rates of Pay:
Night Shift: Basic Pay £15.00 per hour, Overtime Pay paid at Time & 1/2 (£ 22.50 per hour)
Overtime Premium after 48 Hours

Your time at work: Food Production - Hygiene Operative
You will be working in a chilled and wet environment cleaning the lines using a water pressure gun, cleaning the walls, ceiling and floor using the squeegee mop. Ensuring that all duties within the defined area are performed to the highest accuracy and standard.
You will be trained in using cleaning chemicals, ensuring that all Health and Safety are always adhered to.

Report any chemical hazards, equipment defects, machine faults, incidents and accidents to management immediately.

Demonstrate accuracy in all aspects of work to ensure quality of service.

Maintain good housekeeping.
