The Production Operator will play a key role in upkeep and adherence to the production schedule.

Description
- Operate production equipment in accordance with established procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Monitor and maintain product quality during the manufacturing process.
- Assist in equipment setup and troubleshooting as required.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or process deviations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment.
Profile
A successful Production Operator should have:
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety practices within the workplace.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work shifts and adapt to operational requirements.
