Trainee Recruitment Consultant
The Role

What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively identifying and engaging candidates and clients through calls, outreach, and networking
- Building and managing a recruitment and sales pipeline
- Developing relationships with new and existing clients
- Conducting candidate screening calls and interviews
- Supporting the full recruitment process from initial brief to placement
- Learning sales, negotiation, and deal-closing techniques
- Working towards individual and team targets in a results-driven environment
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in sales, business development, recruitment, account management, or a target-driven role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A commercial mindset with a desire to succeed
