Join Our Team as a Process & Systems Administrator!

Contract - 3 months

Rate - £16.22

Location - Mainly home based with occasional travel to Selby

Our client is seeking a talented Process & Systems Administrator to support their global procurement function for a dynamic 3-month contract. With a competitive rate of £16.22 per hour and the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK, this role offers an exciting chance to be at the forefront of procurement excellence!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Procurement Processes: Take charge of administering procurement systems and processes, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Data Quality Champion: Provide timely, trusted data to procurement teams and customers to drive value in supplier relationships.
  • Global Training: Help maintain effective procurement processes and training for all business units, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
  • P2P Knowledge: Leverage your understanding of the Procure to Pay (P2P) process to offer internal support and advice.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing processes and systems, keeping efficiency at the forefront.
  • Compliance Records: Ensure that all compliance records are maintained and any areas of non-compliance are reported promptly.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
