Location: Wolverhampton, WV10 6QJ
Contract Type: Temporary (6 months)
Working Pattern: Full Time

Rate: £15.06ph

Key Responsibilities:
As a General Operator, you will support the business through a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

• Degreasing components and conducting chemical cleaning and processing
• Operating heat treatment ovens, hardness testers, and drop quench ovens
• Preparing units for inspection and ensuring readiness for shipping
• Engaging in Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) and adhering to Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) compliance
• Executing 5S tasks to maintain a clean and efficient workspace

What We're Looking For:

• A good level of numeracy and literacy
• Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is advantageous
• Attention to detail and a commitment to working with high accuracy
• Flexibility to work shifts (AM/PM/Nights) as required
• A passion for continuous improvement and a drive to achieve significant results
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
• The capability to stay calm and focused under pressure
