White Label Recruitment are currently working with an innovative and exciting Manufacturer of Engineered products who are on the lookout for an Internal Sales person to join their busy team in Bristol!
Once initial period is completed, the business are fully open to hybrid working, meaning you would save on travel expenses and time.
The business has grown steadily over the years and is currently the largest manufacturer of their niche product in Europe! They supply mainly into the Oil & Gas, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, and Water industries.
The role:
·This person will be the main point of contact for customers, regarding enquiries or issues.
·They will produce customer quotations in a timely manor and follow these up throughout.
·Full training will be given, but you will be responsible for sizing and selecting products based on technical process information.
·Coordinate with and work closely with the external sales team
·Offer customers advice on products
·Utilise the ERP systems and CRM system
The person:
·MUST have internal sales experience and/or sales support / sales admin experience
·Experience with MRO or Valves is highly desirable but would consider associated equipment e.g. Pumps
·Must be comfortable producing and following up quotes
·Must provide excellent customer service
