Hours per week: 25, 8:30-13:30, or 9:30-14:30

You have a solid understanding of the print technician's role, which you can utilise for stock inventory, order management, and customer service.

With a keen eye for detail and a deep appreciation for workflow management, you are eager to contribute to the seamless production of high-quality photo products. Key Responsibilities:

Manage Incoming/Outgoing Order Paperwork: Efficiently handle all paperwork related to orders, ensuring that job sheets are matched with the produced items and dispatched correctly.

Workflow Management: Utilize your organizational skills to maintain a smooth production process across various machines, ensuring timely and quality output.

Client, & Supplier Assistance: Serve as a contact for clients, and suppliers, providing exceptional service and support.

Photo and Personalisation Printing: Produce high-quality photo prints and personalized items, adhering to the standards expected of the Fujifilm brand.

Maintenance: Perform daily start up, operation, shutdown, regular cleaning, and chemical maintenance of all machines to ensure they are well-kept and functioning optimally.

Creating Photo Gifts: Craft unique photo gifts that meet the high expectations of our customers, ensuring a memorable and satisfying experience.

Packaging Customer Orders: Carefully package orders, ensuring products are well-protected and presented in a manner that reflects our commitment to quality.

Stock Replenishment/Ordering: Manage inventory effectively, ensuring that all necessary materials are stocked and reordered as needed.

Training: Comprehensive training will be offered on the equipment we utilise. Nonetheless, having a basic understanding and a quick learning aptitude would be advantageous.
