Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Sales or BD Experience Required

Salary: £25,000 + uncapped commission (1st year OTE £50,000)

As a trainee recruitment consultant, your duties will include:

• Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients and candidates, understanding and fulfilling their recruitment requirements.
• Utilising sales, business development, and marketing techniques to attract and retain new business from client companies on a daily basis.
• Identifying and sourcing high-quality candidates through various methods such as online job boards, networking, and referrals. Conducting thorough screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
• Coordinating interviews between clients and candidates, collecting feedback, and serving as a trusted advisor for both parties throughout the recruitment process.
• Cultivating strong relationships with clients and candidates by facilitating a seamless onboarding process for successful candidates and monitoring the progress of placed candidates to ensure their satisfaction and successful integration within the client organisation.

What we are seeking:

• Strong organisational and time management skills, along with the ability to multitask effectively
• Sales experience, in either telephone sales, estate agency, B2B or B2C
• Understanding of recruitment and the (company's specialties) industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and maintain relationships
• Results-oriented mindset, preferably with a track record of achieving goals and targets
• Proficiency in IT skills
• Strong work ethic and motivation to achieve top earnings
