Job Overview
An exciting opportunity for an Energy and CSR Analyst (graduate) who will work collaboratively with our energy and operational management teams on designated client accounts supporting customers decarbonisation and energy targets and contract CSR and ESG commitments. The role will suit a recent graduate or enthusiastic individual with knowledge of the field.
The role will blend intelligent use, co-ordination, and analysis of energy performance data to support carbon reduction targets and utilities consumption management.
The role will also support, coordinate and monitor CSR and ESG requirements and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analysis of energy data to identify potential energy efficiency opportunities.
- Comply energy and carbon performance reports and presentations for customers.
- Assist the energy manager in completing site surveys and audits.
- Prepare documentation for energy and carbon accreditations and compliance report.
- First-line control, oversight and intervention on BEMS Systems to support customer environments.
- Assist with the preparation of business cases for energy and low-carbon projects.
- Establish and maintain data collection from utility metering and on-site metering systems.
- Complete energy, CSR and ESG-related administration as required.
- Assist with the delivery of various CSR and ESG-related reports, presentations and dashboards for customers.
- Support and engage with customers on ESG requirements and initiatives, with a particular focus on CSR.
- Support and co-ordinate community benefit initiatives
- Support sustainable waste management initiatives.
About You:
- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
- A qualification or relevant degree in carbon, energy, sustainability or ESG.
- Understanding of and experience of working with energy/carbon data sets.
- Experience of delivering volunteering initiatives.
- Strong data analysis skills
- Strong report writing and presentation skills.
- Confident in managing a variety of stakeholders.
- Small-scale project management experience
- A full clean driving licence would be beneficial
- Clear and effective communicator
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Willingness to work as part of a team.
- Client-focused and professional with the requisite skills to establish and maintain relationships.
- A self-motivated person who is target-driven and possesses the ability to work on their own initiative.
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a pressurised environment.
