Russell Taylor are looking for a Production Operatives for our client based in Bolton (BL2 postcode area).

Duties:

• To follow all instructions on product formula to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Gather and measure all raw materials in preparation for production
• Required to learn several processes involved in production
• Operating the production machinery as required, such as lifting equipment
• Follow and adhere to all Health & Safety Procedures
• Performing quality assurance and testing checks
• Decant and labelling of finished goods
• Monitoring stock levels
• Cleaning the machinery and other parts of the production space
• Noting machine faults and reporting to Duty manager or Supervisor
• Maintaining work areas and equipment
• Manual handling of materials
• Attention to detail
• To maintain a safe working environment whilst following all relevant procedures, utilise the provided PPE & maintain a high standard of housekeeping at all times

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm and then rotating to 2pm to 10pm, weekly.

Please note it is compulsory to be able to work both shifts.

Pay Rate:

£12.48 per hour starting wage raising to £15.60 per hour once training is completed

Requirements for the Role:

Must have some manufacturing experience, ideally in the chemical, paint industry.

Must be able to travel to BL2 area of Bolton for 6am start time and 10pm finish time
