Job Title: Production/Warehouse Operative - Nightshift **Counterbalance Forklift Truck Experienced Required**
Location: Malvern (Own Transport required due to location)
Shift Pattern: Monday - Thursday, 7pm to 5am
Contract Details: Temp To Perm Opportunity for Successful Candidate
Start Date: Mid-September 2024
Salary: £16.20 per hour (Weekly Pay)

Our client is a well-established organisation in the storage and distribution industry. With the continuous growth of their business, they are seeking a dedicated Production/Warehouse Operative to join their team.

Responsibilities:
As a Production/Warehouse Operative, you will be an integral part of the production and warehouse team. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Running the distillation plant throughout the night
- Picking and packing orders
- Drumming down chemicals
- Accepting and segregating waste
- Completing and verifying paperwork for chemical deliveries and despatch
- Preparing hazardous goods for safe transportation
- Operating forklift trucks
- Adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies
Essential Skills:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Counterbalance forklift experience (expired licences will be considered)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivation and reliability
- The willingness to adhere to instructions and procedures
Desirable Skills:
While not essential, the following skills and experience would be advantageous:
- Experience in a similar production or warehouse role
