Full Job Description

The Company:

  • Global manufacturer and world supplier of welding automation.

  • Automating systems that reduce welding costs that improve quality at an affordable cost for the world marketplace.

  • Provide complete on-site training for the use of products.

The Role of the Electrical Engineer

  • Receive, strip down and assess returned welding equipment.

  • Diagnose faults and carry out necessary repairs or refurbishments.

  • Liaise directly with customers to explain the repair work and any technical fixes made, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.

  • Driving Licence.

The Ideal Person for the Electrical Engineer

  • A degree in nuclear physics would be preferable.

  • A keen eye for fixing equipment.

  • Able to look ahead and contribute to the development of new products and innovations.

  • Mostly office based, but occasionally, you’ll need to go to site for system installations

  • Team Player
