We are looking to recruit 2 Associate Information Specialists/Administrators to manage, control, renew or loan physical controllable documents/items throughout their lifecycle on our information system in accordance with our security processes.
Location - Reading area

Key Accountabilities:

To professionally deliver information services in accordance with service standards, supporting processes and work instructions.

Maintain and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security and quality and be a great team player.
Key Responsibilities:

Loaning of registered items.
-
Loan Renewals of registered items.
-
Media uploads and burn requests.
-
USB's Loans.
-
Document Control (including destructions)
-
Document Storage
-
Document Retrieval
-
Issuing and management of signature stamps
-
Management of Metadata
-
Following, Controlling and Managing of work instructions
-
Provide general information services.
-
Services in support of management activity (e.g. office calendar appointments).

Provision of advice and guidance to customers.

Carry out Mustering activities as required.

The Company may require you to fulfil any other reasonable duties aligned to your position from time to time in line with business needs.
