The Role
As a Facilities Support Operator at First Milk, you’ll play a vital role in helping us keep our site running smoothly and looking great, both inside and out!
You’ll take on a variety of tasks, from routine building maintenance and tidying up around the site to looking after our external creamery facilities and overseeing deliveries of chemicals and oil.
You’ll also get involved in chemical testing, perform maintenance checks and operate important plant room equipment, like the steam boiler. If anything’s not quite right, you’ll be the one to flag it to our Site Engineer.
Plus, you’ll:
- Help out with exciting improvement projects
- Make sure we’re always meeting our food safety, quality, health and safety and environmental standards
About You
To be considered as a Facilities Support Operator, you will need:
- Experience in maintenance or a related field
- The ability to work alone with a minimum amount of supervision
- The ability to prioritise workloads
