Contract: 18 months minimum

Location: Milton Keynes, MK18 2HD
Site/WFH Split: 2 days on-site, 3 days WFH
Job Title: Data Entry Administrator
We are pleased to be partnering with one of the UK's largest construction and civil engineering firms, known for their involvement in major projects across road, rail, nuclear, and other sectors worldwide. We are seeking a detail-oriented, hybrid Data Entry Administrator to join the team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate high accuracy and strong administrative skills.
Responsibilities
- Maintain customer databases by entering and updating information.
- Prepare and compile records into a single file or table, sorting them based on given criteria.
- Transfer data from paper formats into computer systems manually or using scanners.
- Verify data at various stages to ensure accuracy.
Criteria
- Previous experience in administration or data entry is ideal.
- Excellent communication, fast typing, and accuracy are essential.
- A high level of concentration and focus is required, particularly when working with minimal distractions.
- Strong computer skills and daily comfort with technology are essential.
