£25,200-£30,000 London weighting + up to 15% annual bonus

We're looking for an Assistant Accountant to join our team, responsible for the production of management accounts with a paticular focus on accurate revenue recognition and reconciliation. We're looking for a personable individual that can form good working relationships as you will be business partnering with stakeholders across your allocated business areas.

Everyday you will...
- Obtain accurate and up-to-date milestone information to raise revenue invoices per contractual terms
- Do the reconciliation of billed, deferred and accrued income per business contract, ensuring P&L and balance sheet accuracy
- Assist the Finance business partner with end-to-end budget and five-year plan process
- Assist with monthly and full year forecasting process
- Own the transaction review process with operations to maintain accurate contract accounting and transparency on business performance
- Support the end-to-end month-end process

To thrive in this role you must...
- Be AAT, CIMA or ACCA qualified
- Have experience in a management accounting role, with background in production, reconciliation and review of key financial statements
- Be competent with Microsoft Excel (e.g. X-LOOKUPS/SUMIFS/Pivot Tables)
- Have excellent interpersonal skills
