Healthcare Administrator
Xyla (part of Acacium Group)
Bristol, BS13 8BX (2 days Homebased after training)
Permanent, Full Time
Monday - Sunday between 7am - 9pm (early/mid/late shift pattern)
(every other weekend with 2 days off midweek / Rota basis - 6 weeks notice)
Including option for 9 day working fortnight!!
£25,000 per annum with 20% uplift for unsocial hours + up to 5% annual bonus

Every day you will...
- Take inbound/make outbound calls to workers in order to book them into shifts in the various community settings, ensuring their skillset matches the shift requirements.
- Be proactive and responsive in terms query resolution and delivering high levels of customer service whilst reporting and escalate all incidents in order to mitigate risk and ensure timely resolution
- Communicate to a high standard both verbally and written with key stake holders such as Clinical Leads, Managers and the wider team establishing and maintaining relationships
- Establish relationships with workers and clients in order to promote our online ordering and booking platform to clients and workers which will help drive additional demand, promote nurse availability and enhance client relationships and our growth.

To thrive in this role, you must...
- have exceptional written and verbal communication skills to deliver memorable top class customer service for our clients
- previous experience in administration, customer service or a healthcare setting
- thrive under pressure by proactively managing tasks, prioritising effectively in order to deliver on meeting strict deadlines and KPIS
- have good team working skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision whilst being able to prioritise and organise your workload.
- showcase a positive and engaging manner with the ability to solve problems effectively.
