Job Title: Technical Administrator
Location: Leeds, UK
Salary: Up to £40,000
Hours: Monday to Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm, Early Finish Fridays
Job Description:
Join a leading provider of precision engineered components, sealing technologies, and specialised surface coatings. Our client, a well-established manufacturing company in Leeds, is seeking a skilled Technical Administrator to support their growing operations.
This role is ideal for someone with an engineering background who is confident in reading and interpreting technical specifications and pre-production documents. You’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth flow of production information across the business as they continue to secure new major projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and manage pre-production documentation.
- Interpret technical specifications and ensure they are accurately communicated to relevant departments.
- Provide administrative support to the engineering team.
- Liaise with various departments to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Ensure all technical documentation is up to date and compliant with industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Confidence in reading and interpreting technical specifications and drawings.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with production documentation processes.
