Are you looking for a new opportunity with a leading chemicals company? 

Do you have experience working in a laboratory and factory settting? 

Then this Facilities Operator role might just be for you! 

What are the responsibilties?

  • Conducting storage, sampling, blending, waste management and other associated operations for the company. 
  • Responsible for the safe receipt, storagem decanting of samples, safe manufacturer of large scale blends and final filtration of products. 
  • Safely handling and disposing of chemical waste, maintenance of inventory, stock taking and upkeep.

The company operates a daytime shift working pattern that alternates weekly. The Facility Operator would be required to work this pattern: Shift One  6.00am until 2.00pm Monday - Friday Shift Two 11.30am until 7.30pm Monday - Thursday  Friday 10.00am until 6.00pm

Experience:

  • Experience within a chemical manufaturing setting would be advantageous
  • FLT licence (or williing to gain licence) 

Salary: £25,000-32,000 plus 15% shift allowance
