Personnel Selection are pleased to be working alongside this buoyant SME Engineering business in Salisbury. They are recruiting for a Technical Support Coordinator / Engineering Administrator on a full time and permanent basis and offer some fantastic development opportunities.
The hours are 8:30 - 5 Mon to Thur, with a 4pm finish on a Friday. There could be some flexibility to adjust these start/finish times. 23 days leave + bank holidays and a Pension, excellent training & development is on offer.
A technical background is essential, as is the ability to nurture relationships and handle complex administrative tasks.
There is a solid focus towards export within this role, so if you have worked with freight forwarders, or have worked with import/export documentation, this could be a great role for you.

Duties will include:
- Company Contact with Freight Forwarders and Dispatch Paperwork
- Customer Meetings
- Customer Sales Advice and Handling Incoming Sales Enquiries
- Customer Up Selling
- Depot Sales Paperwork
- Finance Paperwork
- Import & Export documentation
- Loading Machine and Spares Sales Order
- Maintenance of CRM+
- Online shop maintenance and enquires
- Proactive Selling and Chasing of New Orders/Customers
- Process New Customer Orders
- Quoting for Customer Requirements
- Sales Invoice Paperwork
- Technical Support - Unit/Spares/Chemical – Customers
