Established in 1953, the Ogilvie Group started life as a construction company in Stirling, Scotland. An on-going diversification strategy has seen the company successfully branch out into areas including vehicle contract hire, daily rental, IT, communications, geomatics and house building.

Overview:

The main purpose of the role of the Digital Support Apprentice is to spend time in all of our departments developing the key skills, systems and applications knowledge, internal and external communications and behaviours required for a future role within those departments through on the job training and tutorship from current personnel. 

Responsibilities:

  • Support with digital support tasks with a view to identifying and enhancing cross-over communications between departments. This will involve updating and reporting on Maximizer CRM system and referring to KEY2 and Leaselink to provide updates for customers externally.
  • Reviewing and completing daily scheduled reports via Microsoft Excel. This data then needs to be updated on our CRM System, Maximizer.
  • Utilize Leaselink to process short term lease hires from start to finish. This will involve passing information regarding vehicle specifications, dates and locations to the relevant teams within Ogilvie to allow them to action.
  • Become a Maximizer superuser for the business, support the usage for new colleagues.
  • Confirm and update vehicle data within KEY2, our fleet management database.
  • Assisting in the appropriate timescales for the flow of information between departments. This requires you to utilize LeaseLink, our lease management system, to coordinate timescales/timelines.
  • Ensuring our customers receive accurate, timely and relevant information via Microsoft Outlook.
  • Developing knowledge of systems and applications with a view to future proofing our journey into the A.I. arena.

Salary: £18,000 - £20,000per annum.              

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week.
