Page Personnel are recruiting for a part time Accounts Assistant position based in Trafford Park.
Reporting directly to the Finance Director this position will play a key role in the finance team and have varied duties covering purchase ledger, sales ledger, general ledger & payroll.
This is a part time role of 20-25 hours per week across 5 days.

Description
Accounts Assistant duties include:
Purchase Ledger
Processing supplier and sub-contractor invoices and employee
expense forms.
Sales Ledger
Raising customer invoices in line with project schedules and
other works completed.
Credit control
Payroll
Assistance with managing and processing employee timesheets.
General Ledger
Provide support with journal entries and the month end
process.
Ad-hoc Tasks
Support with various financial projects/tasks as required.
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Have a proven track record in a similar role
- Be an excellent written and verbal communicator
- Be proficient with MS Excel
- Have strong literacy & numeracy skills
- Sage 50 knowledge would be beneficial
Job Offer
A salary up to £28,000 (full time equivalent), pension, on site parking & more.
