Administrator
Location: Ellesmere Port
Pay: £12.82 per hour / £25,000 per annum equivalent
Contract: 6-month temporary
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm

What you'll do:

• Process customer orders and invoices
• Coordinate logistics and shipping
• Manage third-party service requests
• Handle shared inboxes and respond to queries
• Track deliveries and resolve issues
• Keep systems and records up to date

What you'll bring:

• 2+ years' admin or customer service experience
• Confident using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Clear, professional communication skills
• A proactive, organised, and team-focused approach
• Experience with logistics or technical teams is a bonus
