About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to learn, passionate about technology, and dedicated to helping others. You will gain hands-on experience supporting digital applications and systems, across Microsoft, Apple and Android ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Understand business, products, and technologies: Develop a strong understanding of our business processes, products, and technical environment.
- Maintain client systems via remote support: Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot issues remotely to ensure smooth system operations.
- Review systems and document findings: Conduct system reviews and produce clear, accurate documentation for internal use.
- Software setup and configuration: Install, configure, and test software applications to meet business requirements.
- Assess individual needs and recommend solutions: Evaluate user requirements and deliver tailored technical recommendations, including accessibility considerations for people with disabilities.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in a team-based environment.
Entry requirements:
- 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject.
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above).
- Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject.
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
