Position: Assembly Operative / Paint Sprayer
Location: Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk
Working Pattern: Full Time - Monday to Thursday, 6am to 4pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble a variety of components accurately and efficiently.

• Operate paint booths and apply powder coating and paint spraying techniques.

• Ensure quality control at every stage of assembly.

• Collaborate with the team to meet production targets.

• Maintain a clean and organised workspace.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in assembly and paint spraying.

• Knowledge of powder coating processes.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to work well within a team.

• Positive attitude with good communication skills.
