Are you a CAD Technician with Revit experience looking to join a well-established building services consultancy delivering a diverse range of exciting MEP projects?

This UK engineering consultancy, with more than five decades of experience, delivers innovative building-services design and energy-efficient mechanical & electrical solutions across the public and private sectors. Since its founding they have grown into a specialist in energy services, HVAC, electrical distribution, renewable technologies and low-carbon design, underpinned by a high-technical-expertise team of chartered engineers.

In this role, you'll support engineers by creating coordinated 3D models and technical drawings using Revit MEP and AutoCAD. You'll work across all project stages, ensuring accurate, integrated BIM outputs and maintaining company standards. Through close collaboration with multiple disciplines, you'll help manage project information and contribute to improving Revit processes, all within a structured 37.5-hour working week.

This role would suit a CAD Technician with Revit experience looking to develop their skills within a long-established engineering consultancy, offering structured progression and the chance to work on a variety of MEP projects.

The Role:

• Create coordinated 3D Revit MEP models and technical AutoCAD drawings.
• Support engineers through all project stages with accurate BIM outputs.
• Collaborate with multiple disciplines to integrate design information.
• 5-hour working week.

The Person:

• Experienced using Revit MEP in a building services environment.
• Good knowledge of BIM processes and coordination.
• Commutable to Nottingham.
