About the role
This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced friendly well-established local company as a Lab Technologist on a part-time basis.

The successful applicant must have a background within chemistry and experience within a similar role.

Main responsibilities

• Monitor and improve chemical formulations in products
• Assisting with laboratory experiments
• Carry out theoretical analysis of chemical compounds and ingredients
• Technical product development
• Research and review competitor products and look at what is supplied in the market
• Sample and test products

Candidate requirements

• Previous experience within a similar role
• Chemistry qualification (useful)
• Methodical and organised approach to work
• Analytical mindset
• Good IT skills
