THE ROLE

The NSG Group are now seeking a Coatings Graduate. Based at the Cowley Hill site, you’ll work on exciting coating technologies, including a vacuum-based process called Magnetron Sputtering.

You’ll learn how the techniques are employed to produce a wide range of different products and as part of the team, you’ll be involved in all aspects of the operation of the manufacturing lines. With direct input into how the facilities are run, you’ll help improve safety, efficiency and performance and have the opportunity to be involved in the development of both the processes and products.

In the longer-term, you’ll work as part of the Operational team in all aspects of plant operations (Float, Textured and Offline Coating), ensuring that plant and equipment operate at maximum efficiency.

The successful candidate will be expected to work as part of multi-disciplinary teams and will require an enthusiastic and flexible attitude, a high level of motivation, and a keenness to learn. Above all we want candidates to be passionate, with a desire to fully develop themselves and their colleagues. An assigned mentor will support your career progression and will be a trusted partner for you both professionally and personally.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• A recent graduate with a Science or Engineering related degree, 2:1 or above.

• A good working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
