We are currently seeking a Content Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team to be based in one of our 18 offices firm wide. The Content Assistant will play a crucial role in providing creative and operational support to the Head of Marketing as well as the broader marketing team.
This is a busy role as the marketing team support our regional offices, our Union clients, our practice leads as well as providing campaign support for high level claimant and media opportunities.
Our personal injury marketing is sophisticated which means our work is challenging and rewarding. We help deliver the leads to our talented and specialised team of lawyers. But our work doesn’t end with leads. Its so much more!

We welcome applications from across the UK. This role can be based from any of our offices nationwide, with hybrid working available and occasional travel as required.

The role involves creating and adapting visual assets across print and digital channels using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, ensuring brand consistency and quality. You’ll maintain brand guidelines, prepare artwork for internal approval, and act as the main contact for visual materials. Responsibilities also include coordinating video content with AI tools, repurposing existing materials into new formats, managing staff photography, and developing engaging content such as infographics while keeping all brand assets up to date.

Candidates should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, with a working knowledge of various AI software and their creative benefits. They should also be skilled in video editing with a strong understanding of visual hierarchy across digital and print materials. Experienced working on Mac OS, OneDrive/Cloud Storage, Microsoft 365, and the wider Microsoft Suite. Knowledgeable in digital and print art working, including working from spec sheets, approving proofs, and ensuring correct DPI and file size standards. Understanding of DPI and PPI (pixel per inch) is essential.
