Description
As a Customer Service Administrator your responsibilities will include:
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using internal systems.
- Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery of products or services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and queries effectively.
- Provide administrative support to the customer service department as needed.
- Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure accurate billing and updates.
- Prepare reports and summaries for management review.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service procedures and processes.
Profile
A successful Customer Service Administrator should have:
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally within the life science industry.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
