Dental Technician – Prosthetics

A well-established and growing dental laboratory in Harrogate is seeking an experienced Prosthetic Dental Technician to join its skilled team.

The Role

The successful candidate will be involved in the production of premium prosthetic restorations, ensuring consistently high standards of craftsmanship and patient-focused outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Casting and preparing models accurately
• Fabricating bite blocks and special trays
• Producing try-ins and completing final finishes
• Processing dentures using Ivocap injection systems
• Composite and acrylic staining and characterisation
• Manufacturing BPS dentures and implant-retained prostheses
• Maintaining organised workflows and high-quality standards
• Collaborating effectively with colleagues within the laboratory team

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Prosthetic Dental Technician
• Knowledge of digital dental workflows
• Experience with BPS prosthetics
• Understanding of implant-retained prosthetic work
• Familiarity with Ivocap injection systems
• Experience with composite and/or acrylic staining techniques
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage workloads effectively
• Team-oriented with a positive and proactive approach
