About the role:

As a Facilities Assistant, you will be the face of Ipsos, creating a welcoming and professional first impression for clients and visitors. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, reflecting our brand values of integrity, curiosity, collaboration, client-first attitude, and entrepreneurial spirit.

This role is based in our central London office, Monday to Friday, 5 days per week.

About You:

Essential skills:

  • Strong client-facing background in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferably experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and audio visual technologies.

Desirable skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in AI use and adoption to enhance day-to-day tasks.
