Graduate Data Solutions Analyst

(STEM or Technical Degree)

Hybrid 3 days a week Bristol

Salary £30,000 to £34,000 plus Benefits

Kick-start your career as a Graduate Data Solutions Analyst working with our team to deliver innovative telemetry, monitoring, observability, and data analytic solutions for clients.

You'll combine technical learning with real-world consultancy experience, supported by structured training, mentoring, and a clear path for growth.

The Role

  • Support client discovery and engagement, helping understand objectives, challenges, and data or telemetry requirements while communicating progress clearly.
  • Contribute to technical delivery, including service definitions, monitoring solutions, ingest pipelines, dashboards, alerting, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Participate in managed service activities, such as triage, fixes, and monthly customer meetings.
  • Produce high-quality documentation and support internal knowledge sharing, ensuring clear records, structured outputs, and effective communication of data value.
  • Engage in ongoing learning and development, building both technical capabilities (telemetry, observability, analytic) and consulting skills (communication, time management, stakeholder engagement).

About You

  • A bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Science is preferred.
  • Strong interest in data, telemetry, monitoring, or observability.
  • Basic programming or scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, Bash) is desirable, along with an awareness of logging, metrics, tracing, or cloud concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with technologies such as Splunk and Cribl
  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
  • Open to graduates from any discipline who can demonstrate the right behaviours, values, and a genuine desire to build a career in the technical domain.
