On-Target Earnings: Year 1 £40,000+ | Year 2 £65,000+ | Year 3 £100,000+

Role Overview

As a Graduate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn how to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including:

• Sourcing and headhunting talented professionals across the energy sector.
• Building lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
• Writing and optimising job adverts for top engagement.
• Managing interviews, offers, and the end-to-end placement process.
• Developing your own specialist market within renewable energy, engineering, or sustainability.
• Working to achieve and exceed targets - your effort equals your earnings.

You’ll receive hands-on mentorship from experienced recruiters and all the tools you need to succeed.
