We are seeking a reliable and hard-working Seasonal Grounds Maintenance Operative to join a leading social housing contractor, maintaining outdoor spaces across social housing estates.

Your new role

• Grass cutting using pedestrian and ride-on mowers
• Hedge trimming, pruning shrubs, and seasonal planting
• Litter picking and general site tidiness
• Weed control (manual and chemical, if licenced)
• Reporting hazards, fly-tipping, or maintenance issues
• Working independently or as part of a small team
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and on schedule

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping
• Full UK driving licence
• Spraying licence (PA1/PA6) desirable but not required

What you'll get in return
