Description
Key responsibilities of the HR Administrator include:
- Manage HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records and processing documentation for HR related activities.
- Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training seminars.
- Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and maintaining a database of potential candidates.
- Oversee the companies HR and Recruitment general inbox.
- Collaborate with the HR team in implementing HR strategies and policies.
- Address employee queries regarding HR related issues.
- Assist in the organisation's performance management processes.
- Contribute to the development of short-term and long-term HR plans.
Profile
The successful HR Administrator should have:
- Prior experience within an office/admin position, doesn't necessarily need to be HR related.
- A university degree is desirable.
- Strong computer literacy and capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong ethics and reliability.
- Impressive organisation and prioritisation skills.
