This role is for a HR Administrator in the chemical manufacturing industry. The successful applicant will be responsible for executing HR administrative tasks, coordinating HR projects, and assisting in the day-to-day operations of the HR department.

Description

Key responsibilities of the HR Administrator include:

  • Manage HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records and processing documentation for HR related activities.
  • Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training seminars.
  • Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and maintaining a database of potential candidates.
  • Oversee the companies HR and Recruitment general inbox.
  • Collaborate with the HR team in implementing HR strategies and policies.
  • Address employee queries regarding HR related issues.
  • Assist in the organisation's performance management processes.
  • Contribute to the development of short-term and long-term HR plans.

Profile

The successful HR Administrator should have:

  • Prior experience within an office/admin position, doesn't necessarily need to be HR related.
  • A university degree is desirable.
  • Strong computer literacy and capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong ethics and reliability.
  • Impressive organisation and prioritisation skills.
