Description

Interim Accounts Payable Assistant:

• Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.
• Manage payment runs, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Respond to supplier queries and maintain strong relationships.
• Assist with month-end tasks related to accounts payable.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve invoice or payment issues.

Profile

A successful Interim Accounts Payable Assistant should have:
