• Working Pattern: Full-time
• Hourly Rate: £13.00

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure transaction security by analysing new product requests.
• Validate data and regulatory documents received from suppliers.
• Maintain communication with suppliers to facilitate smooth processes.
• Collaborate with colleagues from Product Data Management, Portfolio Management, and Third-Party Procurement to enhance item creation efficiency.
• Update item information and identify any discrepancies.
• analyse data and patterns to support decision-making.
• Carry out additional duties as required.

What We're Looking For:
To be a successful candidate, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A university degree in Science and/or Law.
• Prior experience in regulatory affairs or product compliance.
• Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and effectively prioritise.
• A positive attitude, coupled with a willingness to learn and grow.
