Your Role:

As a Laboratory Quality Analyst, you'll be instrumental in conducting investigative work using various analytical and mechanical techniques. Your responsibilities will include:

• Training : Provide hands-on training to Operators on testing methods and equipment usage.
• Investigative Support : Conduct laboratory investigations and analyse materials to address internal quality issues and customer complaints.
• Method Development : Engage in method development and validation while maintaining a robust statutory test matrix.
• Data Management : Maintain accurate quality databases and produce comprehensive reports for various stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Formal Qualifications & Experience (Desirable)
• Conduct physical and analytical testing on trial materials to support product and process optimisation.
• Engage with laboratory instrument manufacturers for servicing and repairs.
• Perform risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and chemical stocks.
• Collaborate with various internal departments including quality, supply chain, and production.
• Build relationships with external customers, suppliers, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
