What you’ll be doing:

As a Laboratory Assistant, you will support the smooth operation of our busy lab by carrying out a variety of essential routine tasks, including:

• Preparing, labelling, and organising samples
• Assisting with basic laboratory procedures and equipment maintenance
• Data entry and accurate recording of results
• Handling and transporting specimens in line with safety procedures
• Ensuring work areas remain clean, safe, and well-stocked
• Supporting Biomedical Scientists and Technicians with day-to-day tasks

Shift Patterns:

This role includes overnight shifts, weekends, and some bank holidays—perfect for candidates who value flexibility, enjoy varied working hours, or prefer a shift-based lifestyle.
