They are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join them, who is looking ror their next step in their Career, to take on the role of Team Leader.

Primary Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following:-

Coordinates and directs the design, planning, construction, maintenance, and alteration of equipment, machinery, buildings and other facilities by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspects plant and evaluates use of space and facilities.
• Analyzes firms HVAC systems, computer network, lighting and other factors.
• Plans, budgets and schedules facilities modifications including cost estimates, bid sheets, layouts, and contracts for construction and acquisitions.
• Performs audits to support facility planning.
• Acts as liaison to public utility, environmental and energy agencies.
• Manages subordinate supervisors in the Maintenance Department.
• Maintains the highest ethical standards, even when challenged from above.
• Understands and lives by ethics and business conduct policies.

Qualifications/Skills/Experience

Essential

• Must possess an outstanding degree of judgment, organization, planning, initiative, flexibility and creativity
• Must be able to perform calmly and reasonably under pressure from demand for production and other exigencies
• Requires capability to be resourceful and very creative with machinery and facilities
• Physical capability of lifting materials up to 50 pounds and carrying up and down steps, walking to various programs as the situation warrants
• Exposure to chemical odors such as DPA, Ammonia and Ethanol
• BS degree from a four-year college or university
• Two to five years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education/experience
• Working knowledge with MS Word and Excel
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or government regulations
