Full Job Description
We are an established environmental services company committed to protecting the environment through sustainable waste management and expert technical services.
We're looking for a chemistry graduate or someone with a strong background in chemical handling to join our technical services team. In this field-based role, you'll visit industrial, laboratory, and educational sites across the South East to identify, classify, and safely pack hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals for compliant transport and disposal.

Role Accountabilities

Travel to client sites to identify and categorise waste chemicals

Accurately list chemicals and complete associated documentation

Safely pack chemicals in accordance with ADR transport regulations

Drive a company-provided vehicle to transport collected waste materials to licensed facilities

Ensure full compliance with environmental and transport legislation

Communicate with customers, internal teams and external waste partners

Promote safe handling and sustainable practices
Requirements
-
Degree in Chemistry or a related science (or equivalent experience)

Full UK driving licence

Strong knowledge of chemicals with associated risks and hazards

Comfortable working independently and in a mobile role

Knowledge of hazardous waste, COSHH, or ADR regulations desirable - (training provided)

Motivated by safety, compliance, and environmental responsibility
