Role: Night Shift Manufacturing Technician

Location: Hove

Hours: Monday to Thursday (4 Nights per week), 21:30pm - 6:45am

Pay: £15.87 per hour + Holiday

Fixed Term Contract until June 2026

Our client is looking for a reliable and detail-focused Night Shift Manufacturing Technician to support the production of pharmaceutical products. You'll assist with dispensing raw materials and carrying out processes such as granulation, blending, compression, and tablet coating while maintaining high GMP, safety, and cleanliness standards.

The Requirements:

• Previous experience within a manufacturing environment
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry would be an advantage
• Good communication skills
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Ability to follow instructions with accuracy
• Understanding of the importance of quality standards
• Work safely, showing consideration and concern for self and colleague

• Good general standard of education, specifically in English language and maths

The Role:

• Support pharmaceutical manufacturing across dispensing, granulation, blending, compression and coating processes
• Maintain high standards of GMP, safety, housekeeping, quality and production output
• Operate, clean and maintain equipment in line with SOPs and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs)
• Accurately follow and complete BMRs, including basic calculations and in-process control (IPC) testing
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement of quality and efficiency
• Comply with Health & Safety policies, including correct use of PPE
• Assist with training of colleagues in line with company procedures
• Take ownership and responsibility for tasks and support additional reasonable duties as required
