Hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with an early finish every Friday!

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Plating Operative, you’ll play a key role in our production process, ensuring components are finished to the highest standard. Your responsibilities will include:

• Learning and following plating start-up and shut-down procedures

• Carrying out pre-plating degreasing and rinsing tasks, plus managing plating acid tanks and drying processes

• Completing and organising component paperwork throughout each stage

• Performing trade effluent checks, including hourly pH testing

• Monitoring daily chemical levels, tin anode condition, and handling hazardous waste safely

• Understanding emergency procedures for chemical spills, eye wash stations, and drench showers

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in production, assembly, or warehouse environments is helpful but not essential

• Strong attention to detail and a positive, hands-on attitude
