Shift Pattern

• Monday to Friday
• Week 1 6:00 to 13:00
• Week 2 13:00 to 20:00

Note you will need to drive or live locally due to shift times.

What You'll Do as a Process Operator

• Weigh analytical samples with a high level of accuracy
• Prepare samples under guidance from experienced lab staff
• Load and unload laboratory dishwashers
• Clean and maintain laboratory glassware
• Transport materials between sites by foot or company van
• Follow strict processes quality standards and procedures
• Maintain a clean safe and organised laboratory environment
• Support the wider team and report any issues to supervisors

This Process Operator role is hands on and ideal for someone who enjoys practical work and learning in a real scientific setting.

What We're Looking For

• Maths or any science subject GCSE grade C or higher
• Genuine interest in science and how things work
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organisation and ability to work under pressure
• Team player with clear communication skills
• Computer literate
• Ability to work with discretion and confidentiality
• Must be able to drive
