Join the UK's leader in aluminium doors and windows, as a Paint Line Operative in our new state-of-the-art powder-coating factory. Day-to-day of the role:

• Goods-In / Despatch Team: Manage stock receipting, control, and monitoring of both painted and unpainted aluminium.
• Paint-Line Team: Prepare, pre-treat, and paint all profiles and ancillary parts to industry-leading standards.
• Assembly Team: Assemble painted profiles and parts with precision to fulfil customer specifications.

Shift Pattern:

• Late Shift: 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing is beneficial but not required.
• Strong commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Enthusiasm and a proactive attitude in the workplace.
• Professionalism with excellent timekeeping and ability to follow instructions.
• Self-motivated and capable of working well under pressure.
• Excellent teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively and work independently.
