Production Operative (Temp to Perm)

Location: Upper Clatford, Andover

Pay Rate: £12.21 - £13 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 15:15

Contract: 12-week Temp to Perm

Start Date: ASAP

Role Overview

Our client is seeking 2-3 Production Operatives to join their team on a 12-week temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity to support the Production Manager and work across multiple departments to assist in the manufacture of high-quality office furniture product lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the manufacture of private work spaces
• Work across one or more production departments, including:
  • Aluminium shop
  • Powder coating
  • Wood shop
  • Assembly
  • Covering
  • Bespoke manufacturing
  • Quality assurance
• Operate hand tools and heavy machinery such as pillar drills, chop saws, powder coating equipment, and milling machines (full training provided).

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous manufacturing experience.
• Experience in general manufacturing, machine operation, or hands-on assembly lines.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
